Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include details and, if possible, photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
